効果を知りたくて必ず朝に１０分はトイレに閉じこもり便意を待つ習慣ができたのがよかったのかもしれません。
同時期にお腹を”の”の字にマッサージするようにしてたのも相乗効果で良かったと思います。
２袋飲み続けましたが、定期購入していたわけではないので、自然と飲むのをやめてしまいました。
飲むのを止めても、極端にお通じが悪くなることはなかったですが、酵素の良さや効き目を知ったので、その後も意識的に生野菜やフルーツを食べるようになりました。
便秘の方にはオススメできるものだと思います。
